Join us for a City Council Study Session on Tuesday, January 13!

On January 13th, the Community Development Department Planning Division will be having a study session with the Burbank City Council to provide an update on the progress of Rancho Neighborhood Specific Plan (RNSP) Project. Staff will provide an update on the status and next steps for the Burbank RNSP Project with a summary of historic context, existing land use regulations, equestrian ownership trends, equestrian safety concerns, economic profile, and mobility conditions. It will also describe emerging themes and issues identified in initial public outreach.

This study session is an informational meeting, and no decision will be made on the Project at this study session.
