We had a great turnout at our first community event last Saturday, May 10th! Thanks to all of the participants who joined us – residents, equestrians, bicyclists, business/property owners, visitors, and more. We walked both east and west Rancho as we discussed the Burbank Rancho Neighborhood Specific Plan (RNSP) and talked about the issues and ideas most important to the community.

Did you join us, but didn’t turn in your questionnaire at the event?

We still want your input! Please scan or take a photo of both sides of your tour map/questionnaire with all fields filled out with your information. Then, please email them directly to the City Project Manager, Greg Mirza-Avakyan, at gmirzaavakyan@burbankca.gov.

What’s next?

Over the next few months, the project team will use your feedback to create different scenarios for the future of the Rancho. We will share these options with the community at our second community event to be held in the coming months – one of many opportunities to provide more input.
